Pets

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found to be staying in a non pet friendly property, a charge of $250 will be assessed and the guest will be asked to leave. For service animals, we respectfully request that you notify us ahead of your arrival and provide all documentation and shot records. Service animals must be leashed at all times in the common areas around Caverns Village. 

Check-in/out

You may check-in after 4PM.  Check out time is 10 AM.  You may arrange for an early check-in and/or late check-out, if available, for a fee of $50 per hour. Please keep in mind that during peak season adjusting check-in and check-out times won't be possible as we will have back-to-back bookings. 

Liability

Unless caused by the owner, owner is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage caused to renter or renter’s guests or their property.  Caverns Village Lodging is not responsible for injuries to renter or renter’s guests or their property for unforeseeable or dangerous use of the property.  Renter agrees to indemnify Caverns Village and hold harmless in the event of legal action against owners arising from renter’s use of the property or injuries that occur on the property that are not the fault of Caverns Village.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled between 7-29 days before arrival, no refund if canceled less than 7 days before arrival.

Age Limits

Renting guest must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Drivers License or other acceptable ID provided in the check-in form. Caverns Village reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Parking

Guest agrees to use only the parking spaces provided for the property.  Offending vehicles will be towed at your expense without notice.  No RV’s, campers, trailers or boats are permitted at any of our properties, unless communicated ahead of time.  Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.

Occupancy

Caverns Village is licensed to sleep 4 persons. If guest exceeds the occupancy limits, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund.
