Stay and Play at Caverns Village

What makes us so great?

Location & Views - Located along the Colorado River with views of the Red Mountains. Caverns Village is a 20 minute walk to downtown Glenwood Springs. 5 minutes from Caverns Adventure Park and 1 minute from Iron Mountain Hot Springs. It sits within feet of a park and biking trails that can go all the way up the Valley.
Amenities - Perfect amount of bedrooms and baths with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, comfortable and large office desk, media/TV in all rooms, and full kitchen.
Quality and Decor - Our interior furnishings are new and designed for comfort and charm. Our artwork is designed locally (more on that here), and our mattresses and pillows made in Colorado. Our linens and bedding are clean and crisp.
Design - Spacious living area and kitchen for 980 sq ft. including large bathrooms and plenty of room in bedrooms.
Condition - Caverns Village opened in October of 2021. The property is newly built with ongoing special attention on grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, detailed cleanliness and upkeep.

How many people are allowed to stay at the property?

Caverns Village accomodates 4 people.
What is the bed configuration?

There are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a king bed.
What is the bathroom configuation?

There are two bathrooms in each Caverns Village unit. The bathrooms can be accessed directly from each bedroom (ensuite). Bathroom 1: Large floor plan with walk-in shower and glass shower door. This bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom. Bathroom 2: Large floor plan with bath tub and shower. This bathroom can be accessed form the bedroom and the living area.
What is the cancellation policy?

Please work with the site in which you booked your stay with us. They will provide you with the cancellation policy.
Is daily housekeeping included in the price?

Daily housekeeping is not included in your daily rate. If you need to pay for an additional cleaning, please work with Keylink.
Are linens included?

Yes, linens are included. Each bedroom will have sheets provided and each person staying is provided with a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Additional linens are managed through Keylink for an additional charge. There are coin operated washers and drivers available onsite.
Is toilet paper and paper towels provided?

Each unit will be provided with a roll of toilet paper and paper towel. Additional can be requested from Keylink at an additional charge.
Is hand soap and dish soap provided?

Yes, each bathroom and the kitchen will be provided with hand soap. Dish detergent and a dish soap will be provided. Additional items can be purchased through Keylink.
Is there a hair dryer?

Yes, there is a hair dryer located in each bathroom.
Is there internet available?

Yes, each unit has WiFi. Login information will be provided in our Guest Portal upon check-in.
Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes, there is a laundry room that is available for the building. The washer and dryers are coin operated. One load will cost $1.00.
When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 10:00 am.
What is provided in the kitchen?

The kitchen has pots and pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pizza cutters, blender, toaster, coffee pot, french bress, colander, corkscrew, microwave, refridgerator, dishwasher and more.
Is there a pool?

No, the closest pool is Iron Mountain Hot Springs - feet away from Caverns Village. Tickets must be purchased in advance to get into the facilities. Caverns Village lodging guests will be provided discount tickets. Please note: Towels are included in your admission. Please don't bring any towels from Caverns Village.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at this property.
Do you allow smoking?

This is a non smoking property. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this Rule will result in a $500 fine that will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Is there food available on-site?

All of our units have kitchens equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and stove top. There are several amazing restaurants within 5-10 minutes. You can see some of our favorites here: https://www.cavernsvillagelodging.com/places-to-eat
When is the best time to visit?

Our units were designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with a heating & AC unit. Glenwood Springs is beautiful year round and there is so much adventure to experience anytime.
Is there parking?

Yes, each unit is alloted 2 parking spots. The parking lot is located right next to the building. RV parking will be located in an ajoining lot.
Is there a ramp to get into the building?

Yes, there is a ramp to get into the building. There is also an elevator to access every floor.
