Stay and Play at Caverns Village

What makes us so great?

Location & Views - Located along the Colorado River with views of the Red Mountains. Caverns Village is a 20 minute walk to downtown Glenwood Springs. 5 minutes from Caverns Adventure Park and 1 minute from Iron Mountain Hot Springs. It sits within feet of a park and biking trails that can go all the way up the Valley.
Amenities - Perfect amount of bedrooms and baths with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, comfortable and large office desk, media/TV in all rooms, and full kitchen.
Quality and Decor - Our interior furnishings are new and designed for comfort and charm. Our artwork is designed locally (more on that here), and our mattresses and pillows made in Colorado. Our linens and bedding are clean and crisp.
Design - Spacious living area and kitchen for 980 sq ft. including large bathrooms and plenty of room in bedrooms.
Condition - Caverns Village opened in October of 2021. The property is newly built with ongoing special attention on grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, detailed cleanliness and upkeep.

How many people are allowed to stay?

We are licensed for 4 people.
What is the bed configuration?

Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed. Exciting news for 2025 - Unit #309 will feature a unique configuration with one bedroom offering two comfortable twin beds, while the second bedroom will have a spacious king bed for added flexibility and comfort.
What is the bathroom configuation?

There are two bathrooms in each Caverns Village unit. The bathrooms can be accessed directly from each bedroom (ensuite). Bathroom 1: Large floor plan with walk-in shower and glass shower door. This bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom. Bathroom 2: Large floor plan with bath tub and shower. This bathroom can be accessed form the bedroom and the living area.
What is the cancellation policy?

If you made your reservation through a booking channel like Airbnb and VRBO, please reach out to them for information on our cancellation policy. For direct bookings, we are happy to provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before your arrival (minus any credit card processing fees).
Is daily housekeeping included in the price?

Daily housekeeping is not included in your rate. If you need an extra cleaning during your stay, please feel free to get in touch with us. We also offer mid-stay refreshes for stays over 7 days, and for stays over 2 weeks, we conduct a mid-stay clean to refresh linens and perform light cleaning.
Are linens included?

Yes, linens are included. Each bedroom will have sheets provided and each person staying is provided with a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. There are coin operated washers and drivers available onsite.
Is toilet paper and paper towels provided?

Each unit will be provided with several rolls of toilet paper and paper towel.
Is hand soap and dish soap provided? What about bathing soaps?

Yes, each bathroom and the kitchen will be provided with hand soap. A few dish detergent pods, and plenty of dish soap will be provided. We also provide plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Is there a hair dryer?

Yes, there is a hair dryer located in each bathroom.
Is there internet available?

Yes, each condo has WiFi. Login information will be provided in our Guest Portal upon check-in.
Is there a washer and dryer?

Yes, there is a laundry room that is available for the building. The washer and dryers are coin operated. One load will cost $1.00.
When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 10:00 am.
What is provided in the kitchen?

The kitchen has pots and pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pizza cutters, blender, toaster, coffee pot, french press, colander, corkscrew, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and more.
Is there a pool?

No, the closest pool is Iron Mountain Hot Springs - feet away from Caverns Village. Tickets must be purchased in advance to get into the facilities. Caverns Village lodging guests will be provided discount tickets. Please note: Towels are included in your admission. Please don't bring any towels from Caverns Village (with the exception of our robes)
Who is your contact?

We host in-house. Who you book with is who you will interact with throughout your stay.
Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in these condos. We do welcome service animals and there are tenants in the building who have pets, so we cannot guarantee an allergen free area.
Do you allow smoking?

This is a non smoking property. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this rule will result in a $500 fine that will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Is there food available on-site?

When is the best time to visit?

Glenwood Springs is beautiful throughout the year and offers a plethora of adventures to experience at any time. The weather in Colorado, particularly in winter, can be unpredictable. Nonetheless, the state revels in over 300 days of sunshine annually. While there may be a few snowy days from October to May, bright, clear skies are often encountered during your visit. Snowfall can occur at any time of the year, with snowstorms typically starting around Thanksgiving. January and February are generally the coldest and snowiest months, with March seeing heavy snowfall before but sunny and often warmer days. Temperatures start to rise as April and May progress, occasionally accompanied by late snowstorms. By late April into May, the landscape comes alive with wildflowers and the environment transforming into vibrant shades of green. During the summer, and sometimes extending into September, afternoon rainstorms bring a refreshing coolness, which helps prevent wildfires. If outdoor activities like hiking are part of your plans, mornings are recommended to avoid these rainstorms. The period from September through October often known as the "shoulder season," is a personal favorite, as it offers a breathtaking view of aspen trees turning golden, along with cooler temperatures. Our condos were designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each condos is equipped with a heating and air conditioning.

Is there parking?

Yes, each unit is alloted 2 parking spots. The parking lot is located right next to the building. RV parking will be located in an ajoining lot.
Is there a ramp to get into the building?

Yes, there is a ramp to get into the building. There is also an elevator to access every floor.
